I have no idea how often I will have access to the internet when I am in Namibia but I figured that if and when I do have access I could blog about it, post it to FB and catch everyone at once.

First physical step to Namibia is to get on the plane this Tuesday.....2 days in Philly for Peace Corps Staging.....up and on a bus for JFK Thursday morning by 2:45 am (WHAT???)...a 15 hour flight to South Africa and a final 2 hour flight to Windhoek, the capitol of Namibia.

There will be 8 weeks of training in Omaruru which is 3 hours outside of Windoek and then onto my permenant assignment (if I pass training) for 24 months.
